Sound Off™ Yoga x Fit Flow with Max

Join us for a Sunset Sound Off™ Yoga Class taught by instructor Max Hannemann: an evening fit flow class designed to enhance and define your practice through yoga cross training. Fit flow will leave you sweaty and energized by utilizing your body strength as the source of resistance during your workout. Workout to some sweet beats as you’re guided through a challenging, strength training flow layered in push-ups and cardio.

What is Sound Off™ yoga? It is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound. Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of Sound Off™ isolating & wireless LED headphones which allows you to hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated set takes you on a musical journey into sound. All levels welcome.

The class location is at Magic Island. Specific location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. In the case of rain, we will reschedule the class, but please note that all ticket sales are final (no refunds). Mahalo for your understanding.

***All participants must bring a valid driver’s license to use a headset, no exceptions. Please bring your own mat and towel.***
