Headstands for Hunger presents: “Sound Off for Hunger.. “

Every summer kids go hungry, even in our communities right here in beautiful Monmouth county. Many children who have the benefit of a free lunch during the school year, do not have this meal offered during the summer months.

FULFILL of Monmouth and Ocean counties ( formally “The Foodbank of M&O) fills that void. FUFILL provides 142,000 meals through backpack, after-school and summer food programs. Because of this need, every summer Fulfill is in need of kid-friendly foods. Peanut butter and jelly top the list.

Headstands For Hunger is bringing in Sound Off Experience to help stock the summer coffers. Yoga studios from Hong Kong to New York have taken their students to another level with Sound Off™ Yoga — guided yoga that immerse practitioners in the beauty of the moment using LED wireless headphones. Fully immersed in the practice, no outside distractions can interfere, even in the middle of a crowd.
