Come join Meraki Yoga Studio + Sound Off™ for a unique LIVE DJ SILENT DISCO yoga experience. Ticket price includes set of headphones for the hour practice + a brew after class. Class will take place upstairs at the Gilded Goat Brewery + will start promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive early at 6pm to allow time to park and check-in.
Why headphones? When everyone wears headphones, there’s this immediate sense of togetherness because there is something unique and magical in common. All guests will be provided with Sound Off™ headphones that eliminate all external noise allowing you to be seamlessly guided through your yoga movement sequence in a uniquely curated soundscape at Gilded Goat Brewery. The emphasis is on both the music and the movement expressing both as vehicles into a deeper experience.Come join us for this one of kind evening of yoga, music, movement and community!
