Sound Off™ Yoga x Our House Yoga

Immerse yourself in this 60min Vinyasa flow yoga class at House of Yes presented by Gina Benenati. Using the wireless Sound Off™ headphones, Gina creates a connection with each participant, as only the music and instructors voice can be heard. Imagine your own inner auditorium. Effortlessly creating a loving, caring, safe environment, we encourage you to be present in the moment of your own magic. Positive affirmations, a rhythmic flow, and inspiring tunes will have you moving with fluid ease in this fun and creative take on your own personal yoga class. Open to all levels, please arrive 30 mins prior to class for registration.

Breathing in, you experience the power of vinyasa flow, breathing out, you move towards bliss. You will embark on a yogic journey with melodic music. Emerge from a circuit of classic poses, working all muscle groups so that you feel aligned, strengthened and awakened. Gina guides students of all levels through their private Sound Off ™ Yoga meditation, joining body, mind, and music.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Please bring a mat, water, towel, and anything that would make your experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

How do I check out the headphones?
You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off™ headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged retail price of headphone to receive your collateral items.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
There are no refunds but you may use the purchase amount for credit or transfer your ticket to another person.

You are encouraged to BYO mat. Limited mat rental will be available for $2

All entrances and spaces within the venue are single-level and handicap accessible. There are stairs leading to the upper portions of the stage, for those who wish to dance in the spotlight. Gender neutral bathrooms are located in the main room.
