W New York – Downtown’s Summer Friday’s BARRE TO BAR IS BACK!
Starting July 7, head to W New York – Downtown’s 5th floor outdoor terrace for a 45 minute full body Barre class!
Alexander DeJong will lead the class through a 45 minute full body workout that incorporates the best of Barre exercises, building a lean physique, a strong core and defined muscles.
After the warmup the class takes you through a 20 min Metabolic Burn: Short, powerful intervals to increase your heart rate, alternated with active, muscle sculpting recovery periods, resulting in an optimal fat burning zone for your body.
The class then continues at the Barre and Mat for further toning and strength building exercises for your legs, gluteal muscles and core.
We partnered with Sound Off™ (http://soundoffexperience.com/) to provide you with your own personal wireless headphone that allows you to control the volume of the instructor’s voice.
After class, hit up the Bar right after class. Healthy Cocktails of course!
All fitness levels are welcome.
