Outdoor Yoga SD presents Yoga + Silent Disco at Bay City Brewing Co.Â
We’re bringing together two things San Diegans love the most: Yoga & BEER!!
[$28 = yoga/live DJ + 1 beer]
OYSD ventures to Bay City Brewing Co. for an alternative flow this November 8! Come together with other San Diego locals and visitors to wind down your week, release, move/groove, & find your spirit with our Live DJ’ed silent disco event!
We’ll flow through a 60-minute vinyasa/tai chi/dance sequence with wireless headphones and a LIVE DJ followed by beer and a silent disco afterparty!
Yoga will be taught by SoCal/San Diego local, nature enthusiast & yoga practitioner ~ Allison Delgado. Allison has always been drawn to the wondrous outdoors since she was young, believing that the Earth has many healing and energetic powers. Her mission is to help people connect with themselves, others, and their environment by doing yoga, breathing, dancing, laughing, and ultimately, being yourself!
LIVE DJÂ ~ Dr. DJ Dom is a San Diego local and new to the Outdoor Yoga SD family. DJ Dom curates playlists based off of his environment, attitude, and love toward sound and music. Join us and experience a peace-like trance that may continue on as the week comes to a close.

Do I have to be 21 to attend? ~ YES you MUST be 21 or over! Please bring valid ID to Bay City Brewing Co. on the night of November 8.
What do I need to bring? ~ a YOGA MAT, comfortable clothes, yourself. Maybe a towel, water, and a friend too!
Do I need to bring my own headphones? ~ NO! We provide you with a pair of headphones.
What is [yoga + silent DISCO!]? ~ it is an experience for those willing to ‘say YES’ to the present moment! An experience that brings you nature, yoga, music, meditation & dance while wearing wireless headphones. Each student will wear a pair of headphones that will allow students to hear the teachers instruction over music. Wireless headphones are no slip/fuss and will be comfortable to wear throughout the entirety of the class.
