Join Carley Siedlecki and the Lululemon gang for a guided 4-5 mile run on South Beach, focusing on mindfulness and the art letting go. Whether you’re training for the Miami marathon, or looking for something new to liven your pace, this run is meant for all levels. We'll meet at Lululemon located at 846 Lincoln Rd #1a, Miami Beach, FL 33139, and begin our run at 7:00 pm. Please arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 to get checked in and setup with headphones. This event is FREE w/ RSVP, but spots are limited so make sure not to miss out on this event!

We'll start with inspirational life coaching from Magda Lopez, ground ourselves with an enlightening oceanfront yoga session led by Amy Dannheim, Sara Quiriconi and Amanda Mestre and then wrap it all up with a delicious and nourishing breakfast from DIRT. All beachside, all filled with inspiration. Come one, come all, bring a guest and your yoga mat. This is going to be epic!
