Kirin’s mission as a yoga teacher is to remind everyone of the magic that exists all around us always.. in this practice\, in nature\, in all of the happenings on and off the mat. \nKirin trained in San Francisco\, and truly found her passion for yoga and teaching though her experience with Outdoor Yoga SF. What started as an excuse to indulge in all of her favorite things.. practicing yoga in nature\, moving to sweet sounds\, and connecting with such a powerful and loving community\, she quickly learned that she wanted to dive deeper into her involvement with this mission. OYSF is such special adventure that just must be shared!..with the support from our team\, and enthusiasm from our community\, Outdoor Yoga East Bay was born! \nKirin teaches a powerful\, grounding\, and playful vinyasa yoga practice that welcomes all bodies and all Beings to feel the power of stretching and breathing! This is a fun\, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher and to curated music. \nPlease sign up in advance to join us! And can I do yoga if I’m new?!\nSilent Disco Yoga means we wear comfy headphones as you practice yoga so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes\, all levels welcome for yoga practice! It is tucked away in a quiet space along the Lake. \nYou can find us by entering Staten Ave. & Bellevue Ave\, Oakland into your Maps. We will be setting up on the grass\, just down the way from those cross streets and we will have prayer flags to indicate our check-in station. \nThere is free street parking all along Bellevue Ave.\, and along neighboring streets. and ample paid- parking available in the Lake Merritt Paring Lot. ($2 for 2 hours.) \nIf you choose to park in the parking lot\, walk about 5 minutes North East (left if you’re facing the lake)\, along Bellevue until you reach our spot. \n  \nCome!
