Join us on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Cantingy Park and get ready to experience yoga like never before. We will meet at 10:30 AM for a mind-blowing, 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan, NEXT yoga. Please bring your own mat!
Practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from our live DJ, through wireless LED headphones! You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at Cantigny. All levels welcome! Stroll and shop at our Health and Wellness Market of vendors and sponsors or dance to the beat of our DJ. Try out Slack Lines, Acro yoga, and Kids corner! Swag bags for everyone!
