Wednesday night! sunset silent disco beach yoga with Julianne

A mid-week reset for mind, body and spirit. Come out here for a power hour of silent disco beach yoga and zen, as you’re soothed by the waves and sunset.

Wednesday night classes, like all of our classes, will be a beautiful combination of zen and groovy beats. Begin with deep cleansing breaths, stretch and strengthen with all levels yoga.

In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.
