Sunset Slow Flow  6:00pm-7:00pm located at the Carmel Valley Recreation Center Amphitheater.

Come share your Sunday evening with us. The lovely Katy Carlson will help you wind down your weekend with a very relaxing and meditative Sunset Slow Flow.  Hear her soothing voice and the music through secure wireless headphones.  Win a Raffle Prize for 2 tickets to our October 26th HalloLEAN Event at the Del Mar Plaza.

All of our classes , utilize the wireless headphone technology with a per class rate of $15.
