Flow In The Dark all ages Family Yoga Flow class hosted by ivivva, Belly Bliss and Hot Mamas Exercise!

We are excited to team up with our friends and family at ivivva and Belly Bliss for this family friendly pre-halloween Flow in the Dark class! Whether you’re a mom, dad, uncle, or aunt, we invite you to bring your little people with you to Space Gallery for this fantastic duel class. One amazing class for the adults and one fun and unique class for kids! Both classes with be using Sound Off™ wireless headphone technology, giving everybody a truly remarkable and fun way to experience yoga. Located in one of Denver’s most unique galleries, in the historic Santa Fe Arts District! FREE parking is available in front of the gallery or in the parking lot behind.

Sound Off™ deep flow yoga is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound.  Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of noise isolating wireless LED headphones that let you hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated music takes you on a journey into mind, body, spirit and sound.

6:00pm:  Check-in/DJ T-puff dance party

6:30-7:30pm:  Gallery Balcony (ages 6-8) 15 min yoga/dance segments breakout w/ Rebecca (Belly Bliss)

6:30-7:30pm:  Gallery Lowe Level (ages 9-adult) 60 min yoga flow w/ Jillian Keaveny (Pearl Street Fitness)

7:30-8:00pm:  Post-yoga dance party and treats.
