Nothing but good times with Duran Duran, The Cure, A Flock of Seagulls, Prince, a few hairbands, and a lot more. We will be moving along, singing those songs, and having a ball in this class that will leave you “hungry like a wolf.” Yoga Rocks will make you rethink what a yoga class can be like. Refreshing, inspiring, awakening, heartfelt, loud, and lots of fun.
Join us for this kick-your-asana kind of class and some satsang to boot. For anyone who isn’t perfect and wants to let it all hang out. Length of class: 1 hour and 45 minutes.
