Saturday Groove: Beach Yoga with Julianne Aiello

Start your weekend off on a high note – get outside and enjoy an all-levels practice on iconic Baker Beach. Classes are designed to strengthen, increase flexibility, and soothe the mind. It’s an incredibly peaceful and beautiful way to practice yoga.

Julianne has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life. Her style is a combinational of zen and grounding practices with a playful, and lighthearted vibe. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. This class sells out on nice weekends – please sign up in advance to join us!
