Join Deborah McNiff Bracken, Raquel Seals, and Dj Karri Om as they take you on a journey to the heart through rhythm and practice with Soundoff™ noise isolating headphones. The headphones allow you to customize your experience, and also keep distractions at bay. So what if the person next to you is coughing, or is wearing a jingly piece of jewelry that jangles every time they move? You won’t be able to hear that. Just the instructor and the music.

This will be a powerful, sweaty class and Vinyasa experience is required as the class will be led with minimal instruction. Every movement and every breath – breathes love into the world, making a difference one asana at a time.
