Sound Off™ by the Sea – A Zumba & Yoga Party at Anchors Bend

Join Metta Yoga in collaboration with Tara Romano of Tone and Tease for a fun mix of Zumba and Yoga immersion with Sound Off headphones.
Tara will begin leading you through a 30 minute Zumba class to fun upbeat tunes all while wearing the headphones. After you dance the morning away, Jen will lead you through a 30 minute all levels yoga class while diving deep into your practice by shutting out the sound and distractions around you with the help of the headphones.
New to yoga & Zumba? No problem, our class is for everyBODY!
After class shop the local vendors of the Asbury Park Bazaar and treat yourself to something nice!
Headphones are limited so sign up ASAP!
The class is located at The Anchors Bend Beach Bar located on the beach right off of the Boardwalk.
Be sure to arrive 20-30 minutes early to sign waivers and get headphones.
