Workout: After a warm-up focused on strengthening your arms and core, you’ll move to the ballet barre for a series of intense exercises aimed at your thighs, seat and abs. You will work each muscle group to fatigue, then stretch it out to create long, lean muscles. Throughout the workout, you’ll be listening to fun, inspiring music on a Sound Off headset that will keep you motivated and engaged the entire class!
