Join The Modern Yogi, Joshua Henry, & Meditative Vibes
for a reflective yoga class with sound immersion wireless headphones that will allow you to disconnect & reflect in order to reconnect productively. You will hear Joshua’s voice and music directly in your ears as he leads you through 40 minutes of a body resistance workout followed by a 20 minute deep flow and a special Meditative Vibes Savasana to end your class at sunset. 🎧🧘‍♂️🌄

Tickets are $20 to reserve your headphones and a spot on the mat. $25 at the door.
