Sunset Rooftop Yoga Flow, Sound Off™ Colorado Style

Friends! Join me for another Sunset Yoga Flow, Sound Off Colorado Style, with live music mixed by DJ Shoebox Moses, aka Sammy Taggett! What is Sound Off? Well, it’s pretty much like your typical Vinyasa Flow class except you wear a wireless headset, allowing you to hear the instructor and the live music. You can adjust the volume of the voice and music right on your own headset!

We’ll take you through a one hour Sunset Vinyasa Flow, from 7-8pm, where you can see the Denver skyline from the rooftop as well as the Rocky Mountains! Afterwards, feel free to stay and mingle.
