Do I need to bring anything?

We invite you to bring an eye mask or pillow if you wish to have your eyes covered during the session.

How do I check out headphones?

You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged $100 to receive your collateral items (we would prefer not to do this).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can give your spot to a friend or use your ticket as a credit towards a future Sound Off Experience.

Whats the scoop with the waitlist?

If the event sells out, we’ll open up a waitlist. If we have any cancellations you’ll be notified so you can snag yourself a spot!
