She is the embodiment of positivity, self-love and JUICE— it only seems natural to celebrate our individuality with an upbeat Tempo and Sunday Funday flow to Lizzo jams with Sound Off headphones. You won’t went to miss this, it’s going to be Good as Hell!

This is TRULY an everyBODY class. There will be mutiple options: modifications and traditional postures. All bodies and experience welcome + supported.
