4th Annual ROOT TO RISE YOGA FESTIVAL

Join us on SUNDAY, JULY 28, 2019 at THE MORTON ARBORETUM  (rain or shine) and get ready to experience yoga like never before.

Be a part of a mind-blowing, 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan, NEXT yoga. Practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from our live DJ, through wireless LED headphones! You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at The Morton Arboretum.

10:00 – Doors open

Register, set up your mat, grab some tribal body paint and join our community.

11:00 – Open-air POWER YOGA CLASS with LED Sound OFF headphones, with

            Lauren Duncan, owner at NEXT yoga.  Please arrive by 10:30 am & Bring your own mat.

11:00 – Kids soccer clinic with the professional CHICAGO RED STARS

12:45 – Sound Healing class

            Family Flow Kids Yoga Class

1:45 – Acro Yoga Class

11:30-3:00 – Slack Lining
