A Day of Love and Healing at Governors Island

Come meditate, dance, do yoga, and make art all in the name of love with Sound Off™!
All teachers, healers and artists are donating their services and all donations will go to sundarafund.org, freshair.org and mindfulschools.org – three charities working to change our world consciousness for the better. Bring your mat and join in the love. This event is open to all. There will be open Yoga, Art, and Pilates classes all day.

Expect your heart chakra to be opened to the love of the universe with Jamie’s soulful teachings and guidance, channeled through the Sound Off™ headphones into your consciousness.
