Beach Yoga at SCOPE Art Show w/ Yoga Lab & Manduka | Bender MIA

Flow into a day of inspiration and discovery, on the sands of Miami Beach.
Bender Flow & Manduka present, Saturday Dec 7th and Sunday Dec 8th:
Yoga Lab’s teachers bring their engaging style of movement and music, leading two yoga sessions at the acclaimed SCOPE Art Show.
DJ Nala provides soulful and uplifting sounds, while Manduka and friends bring extra offerings to refresh and awaken senses – including complimentary CBD massages by Reign and juices by Pura Vida.
Details for both Sat 12/7 and Sun 12/8:
- Check-in begins 10:30am and class begins promptly at 11am
- Please bring your YOGA MAT if you have one. For guests who are traveling and don’t have a mat, Manduka is providing yoga mats for use during class (limited number available, first-come-first-served)
- We recommend wearing sunscreen and sunglasses
- Classes are 60 minutes vinyasa flow, all experience levels welcome
- Both yoga sessions are complimentary. Capacity is limited – RSVP required here to reserve a spot
