Beats In + Breath Out at BYC with Ritual Holistic & SoundOff

Bodhi Tree Yoga Centre, Jenn Silver of Ritual Holistic and Sound Off Canada West have teamed up to continuously offer Beats In + Breath Out, here in studio. Beats In + Breathe Out is a hybridized combination of three complimentary practices of Conscious Breathing, Mindful Meditation and Binaural Beats. If you haven’t tried combining your practice with Binaural Beats and Sound Frequency, you are in for a next level treat!
