Clarity in Motion – A Sound Off Yoga Experience

On Saturday, December 5th from 7:00-8:30PM, join our friends from Wild Soul Yoga Studio for Clarity in Motion, a Unique Meditation and Vinyasa Experience led by Elisa Piscitelli, E-RYT along with DJ Panic. This event will be a guided meditation followed by a moderately paced Vinyasa flow with options for challenging modifications and opportunities to sink deep into the practice, tuning into the mind/body connection using sound and focus.
