Earth Day! Sunset beach yoga with Nicole Cronin

Join us for our Sunday sunset ritual class on Earth Day! Dig your feet into the real earth and feel the powerful cleansing and grounding effects of nature as you practice to the waves crashing before your eyes and the sun pouring into your heart.

Nicole Cronin will lead this class! She is a very bright light in the SF community and leads with warmth, great compassionate, amazing humor, and groovy beats. She’s a Santa Cruz and beach native, and she is excited to share her love of this beautiful landscape and weave her practices of yoga and various other movement practices (dance, tai chi, tae-bo!) and more with you. This class is not to be missed!!

In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location?
Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the morning of the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us.

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Cancellation Policy:
Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
