EARTH DAY Sunset Yoga with Julianne and LIVE music by Ege!

What better way to clebrate Earth Day, than on the beach lovin on Momma Earth, and soaking uo her magic! Wrap up your weekend on a super peaceful note, carrying high vibes with you into the week! Join us for a well-rounded soulful flow that will incorporate chi-gong and live Sitar to elevate your spirit. Come out for a magical hour of yoga, zen, soothing ocean waves, the beautiful sunset, and sweet community.

Julianne is founder of Outdoor Yoga SF. She leads Sunday beach yoga and can’t wait to share this special experience with you. Egemen Sali aka Ege is a Turkish musician living in SF. He plays the sitar alongside flutes, handpans and frame drums and is able to bring out the mystic and invigorating qualities of all. He utilizes beats, loops and drones to compliment his joyful improvisations based on traditional Eastern ragas.

For all of our regular beach yoga lovers, please note! We’ve taken the dance element out of Sunday classes to make class a bit more zen-inspired. If you like to shake it, join us for Friday or Saturday classes.

How does it work? We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. Everyone is on the same channel. No need to bring your own headphones. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location: Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be sent to you when you sign up.

What you need: A beach towel or mat, warm layers, and water. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
