She is passionate about bringing yoga to the people – all levels – all welcome – all love. Ashton co-founded YogiApproved.com – a yoga, health and wellness publication dedicated to empowering people through knowledge and inspiring them through positivity – an extension of her personal intention and dharma as a yoga instructor.

Alba Avella (Qi flow) Alba is an international yoga teacher and dancer with a passion for all forms of movement. She’s best known for her unique and creative flows that weave her extensive knowledge of anatomy with her love of dance. FROM LODO:
Take Market St. (East), Market will become Walnut and then become 40th St. Continue on 40th St. and make a Right on Steele St. Make a right into the Eastside Human Services Center Entrance (if you hit 37th st, you’ve gone too far). Follow this road into the warehouse complex until you reach #3881 on your right. Look for Cluster Studios signage.

FROM COLORADO BLVD.
Take 40th street (West) to Steele St. Make a Left on Steele St. Make a Right into the Eastside Human Services Center Entrance (if you hit 37th st, you’ve gone too far). Follow this road into the warehouse complex until you reach #3881 on your right. Look for Cluster Studios signage.

FROM I-25 & UNIVERSITY:
Take University North, University becomes Josephine, then it becomes York St. Continue on York St. until you pass 37th Ave. Shortly after passing 37th, take a right on “Private Street” into the York Street Business Park. Follow private street until it dead ends, veer left, then make quick right into the warehouse complex. Follow to #3881 on your left. Look for Cluster Studios signage.
