Mark your calendars for Saturday, January 12th for our first FREE Pop Up Class taught by Sara Martin Thomas. This invigorating class with sound emersion wireless headphones will wake you up physically and mentally.
We will begin with an active 15 minute warm up incorporating yoga and core Awakening, 30 minutes of “WORK” using resistance bands for the upper and lower body, core strengthening, body resistance & plyometrics. You will SWEAT and your body will SHAKE & BURN so good. The last 15s minutes you will unwind, come back to yoga, breather and stretch your way back into your day.#wirelessheadphones included!
