Friday community beach yoga with Rise Yoga for Youth
May 25, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm PDT
Join us fun, peaceful Friday afternoon beach yoga session. We invite you to bring your family, friends, and come join us in support of Rise Yoga for Youth in the Bay area.
This class is donation-based and all ticket sales will support yoga and mindful programming for middle school students. These programs make a huge difference right here in our community. Here’s what Daniella, 15 has to say: “I used to be an angry person, but yoga made me a better person.” There are SO many testimonials of how much of an impact this program is making right here. Check out Rise Yoga for Youth!
Like all of our classes, enjoy a beautiful combination of zen and groovy beats. Begin with deep cleansing breaths, stretch and strengthen with all levels yoga, and build up to a beautiful dance with the ocean to fun and funky beats comin through your headphones!
Julianne will be leading this class. Julianne has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life.
In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.
Please sign up in advance to join us! We have limited space available with our NPS permits.
*Please note, this class requires a $15 minimum donation here to reserve your spot. While any donation is acceptable, we often find people who can register for free do not show up. We ask that if you do not have funds to contribute we ask that you volunteer your time helping us to set up and break down class. Please email us at moc.fsagoyroodtuonull@ofni to volunteer.
