Friday night! sunset silent disco beach yoga with Sarah Allison

Celebrate the end of the week with a well rounded yoga practice on the beach. Cleanse off the week, move your body and watch the sun set into the pacific with your friends. Friday night classes are extra sweet, and the perfect time to connect back to your own rhythm.

This class be a beautiful combination of zen and groovy beats. Begin with deep cleansing breaths, stretch and strengthen with all levels yoga, and build up to a beautiful dance with the ocean to fun and funky beats comin through your headphones! S

arah is radiant teacher. Her creative force is to give back to the community, foster energy from Mother Earth and spread knowledge about caring for oneself and our environment. Her ability to fuse her longtime practice and the richness of wisdom into a beautiful, accessible yoga class is brilliant.

In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location?
Class location is Ocean Beach @ Stairwell 14. The cross streets are Fulton + the Geat Highway. We will be set up close to the ocean with colorful prayer flags indicating our spot!

We know you will have an amazing time at our events.We’ve hosted over 12,000 people for beach yoga over 2 years, co-creating unique yoga experiences every time. Whether you’ve been 20 times before or this is your first event, we can’t wait to have you.

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Cancellation Policy:
Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
