FULL MOON Sunset Yoga with Julianne

This is one of our most loved classes of the month…Full moon yoga on the beach is incredibly beautiful and peaceful.
This will be an active yet rejuvenating practice with Chandra Namaskars (moon salutations) instead of sun salutations, and overall the movement and energy of the class will be blissfully zen, stretchy and juicy.. set to a soundtrack of cosmic beats.
This Sunday is the Full moon and we are excited to share these juicy, nourishing practices with you!
Julianne has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life. Her style is a combination of zen and grounding practices with a playful, and lighthearted vibe.
