81Bay Brewery is teaming up with EnlightenU LLC and Zen Ginger Yoga for ‘Silent Yoga Glow Flow’ Tuesday December 18, 2018 from 7:30-8:30PM.
Cost: $20. (Includes BEER before or after class) Spaces are limited!

In this class, enhance your yoga practice with wireless, noise-canceling Soundoff™ headphones that allow you to surrender yourself to the flow. Ambient noise is blocked out, encouraging a deeper focus inward and connection with self. The playlist and teacher’s instruction are all heard through the headphones to offer a more personalized experience. Headphones can be adjusted to fit your perfect comfort level. Glow accessories, such as bracelets and necklaces will be provided, but feel free to bring your own along as well!
