NYC Parks Presents: A night of fitness, fun, and dance with Sound OFF™ wireless headphones! For the best glow in the dark experience, participants are highly encouraged to wear white.
Please Note: We encourage all participants to come for the fitness session they are most interested in. You will only be allowed to do one fitness session.
Schedule of Activities:
7:10 p.m. – 7:40 p.m. // Aerobics with Aubry
7:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. // Boxercise with Hakeem
8:20 p.m. // Open Silent Disco Dance Party
