Insider Insights @ W New York – Union Square : September

Insider Insights presents a yoga experience like no other led by Lindsey Valdez and DJ Panic!

Come heat up with a vinyasa yoga practice for all levels, and then cool way down with a guided yoga nidra practice designed to take you into a conscious sleep, accented by binaural beats, which entrain the brain to move into deeper states of relaxation. If you have never experienced the benefits of yoga nidra or binaural beats, this is your chance! Join us for a fully immersive yoga experience at the W New York – Union Square, led by Lindsey Valdez with beats by DJ Panic.

Class will be from 7PM-8:15PM. Please make sure to bring your own mat, and to arrive 30 minutes prior for registration!

About Lindsey Valdez

Lindsey teaches Hot Vinyasa Yoga at Pure Yoga East and West side studios, Vinyasa Yoga at Equinox Sports Clubs throughout Manhattan, as well as Vinyasa and Infrared Heated Flow classes at Yoga Vida’s downtown studio locations.  Lindsey also teaches private Yoga and Meditation sessions in-home for clients and students of all levels.  Her classes seek to target the inner strength, grace, and harmonious spirit within all of her students!

What is Sound Off™ Yoga?

It’s a fully immersive yoga experience. These guided yoga sessions use wireless Sound Off™ headphones to connect with practitioners. External distractions are eliminated as only the music and instructor’s voice are heard through the headphones.

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes. Please bring your yoga mat, along with any other props you may need to enhance your yoga practice such as blocks, straps, blankets … and water is always a good idea.

How do I check out headphones?

You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off™ headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged $100 to receive your collateral items (we would prefer not to do this).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can give your spot to a friend or use your ticket as a credit towards a future Sound Off Experience.

Whats the scoop with the waitlist?

If the event sells out, we’ll open up a waitlist. If we have any cancellations you’ll be notified so you can snag yourself a spot!
