July 4th beach yoga with Nat Kendall + Live DJ Liam Shy

Freedom is found in nature, movement, and grooving out! Join us on July 4th with Nat Kendall, and live DJ Liam Shy. This is an all-levels yoga class, all are welcome!

Nat Kendall is a San Francisco based yoga teacher, surfer, sailor, lover of life and student of the deep way it flows. He will lead a special ocean side yoga class rich with the soundscapes of Shy. Liam Shy delivers a soulful blend of movement inspired music: from evocative downtempo to world infused rhythms, you are sure to find your groove on the mat or on the dance-floor! Join these two at the edge of the Pacific to breathe and flow with the great current, dancing into an ocean of love.

This class is in the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
