Practice all-levels yoga with earth below, sky above, and the soundscape of ocean waves and live music. Groove with your friends to this one-of-a-kind experience lead by Julie and Liam Shy.

Julianne will be leading this class. Julianne has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life.

Liam Shy delivers a soulful blend of movement inspired music: from evocative downtempo to world infused rhythms, you are sure to find your groove on the mat or on the dance-floor! Join these two at the edge of the Pacific to breathe and flow with the great current, dancing into an ocean of love.

We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us.

What you need:

Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
