Join our amazing community and yoga teacher Nicole Cronin with live DJ Ean Golden. Ground in nature for a powerful morning practice to strengthen, stretch, and breathe deep!

Nicole Cronin and Ean Golden have been building a feel-good yoga flow together since 2013.
Nicole is a bright light in the SF community and leads with warmth, compassion and amazing humor.  Ean is a DJ, artist and technology pioneer whose love of music and movement bring a creative, uplifting and playful offering to the experience. We’re thrilled to have DJ Ean Golden join us for this not-to-be-missed class.

Together Nicole and Ean improvise a unique music / yoga sequence to take people deeper on a somatic journey. Once the flow starts, you will feel the grace of their teamwork!

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location?

Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us.

We know you will have an amazing time at our events.We’ve hosted ver 10,000 people for beach yoga over 2 years, co-creating unique yoga experiences every time. Whether you’ve been 20 times before or this is your first event, we can’t wait to have you.

What you need:

Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Cancellation Policy:

Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
