Beach yoga on Memorial Day! A soulful, athletic, beautiful class for your Monday morning.
Class will be lead by Julianne. She finds freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF to bring people in community to enjoy the beauty of SF and feel the grace and power of moving in nature. Gabriel’s music brings electronic percussion, heady almost nostalgic in its real-time recollection, this sonic sound for the soul will transport you!
As an international dancer, DJ, teacher, and choreographer, Gabriel’s entire professional career has been to take movers on an enriching, educational and insightful journey. We’re SO excited to have him back (if you were at our spring equinox event you know how epic it was.. come out and join for this incredible somatic journey..
We supply headphones for class so you can listen to Julie and music streaming through. This is a super special experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you…

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
