MindTravel + Meditation Over the City

You are cordially invited to an intimate evening of MindTravel + Meditation Over the City hosted by MindTravel Master Sebastian Siegel. Enjoy a candlelit evening celebrating winter with captivating music, connection, and lightness of being–all with a stunning view.
All proceeds fund the MindTravel Foundation bringing music, art, and therapy to underserved populations in the United States.
The evening will begin with a finely selected sake tasting and conversation. Writer and director Sebastian Siegel will introduce the MindTravel with a poetic verse from his recent book, and a guided Tonglen meditation to set you flying into the stars as the program moves into a Live-Piano MindTravel experience from Murray Hidary.
Casual attire, shoes at the door please (barefoot).
