MindTravel SilentHike in Los Angeles

Launch into 2019 powerfully and purposefully with a journey of connection, reflection and joy with a MindTravel SilentHike in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 13th from 4:00pm-6:30 pm.

We will gather at the Los Liones Canyon Trailhead and move together to the pinnacle of the SilentHike for a special surprise experience at the peak to celebrate the start of the New Year and the beginning of the MindTravelfive-year anniversary tour happening throughout 2019.

MindTravel SilentHike journeys are the newest way to practice walking meditation. Over the course of experience, you’ll join other MindTravelers exploring local hiking trails and walking paths while listening to MindTravel music through headphones. The evocative, improvisational piano music ignites freedom and expansiveness that amplifies the healing and inspirational power of being in nature.

There are no ID or minimum age requirements to attend a MindTravelSilentHike. However, we encourage all attendees to be able to complete the roundtrip SilentHike within the allotted time.

Can I bring my pets to the event?

While we wouldn’t prohibit our well-behaved, leashed fur companions, please keep in mind that there can be many attendees at a SilentHike, and that most of the event takes place with headphones.
