Monday Night Yoga is a collaboration of some of your favorite Denver yogis presenting their unique classes in this amazing open space indoor/outdoor gallery!

6/20 Instructors – Jeannene, Lora And Dee (StapletOM Festival)
These great gals live in Stapleton with their families and combined they have been teaching yoga for over 23 years. They currently teach at several yoga studios throughout Denver. In 2014 they founded the first yoga festival in Denver: StapletOM Yoga. Music. Movement Festival. A home grown festival with local talent, artisans, breweries, wineries. Check out festival deets HERE
6/27 Instructor – Marta McCormick (CPY)
Marta is an intuitive teacher with a background in Vinyasa, Power, and Hot yoga traditions. Her teaching style integrates the foundation of alignment through a challenging and restorative moving meditation. In the classroom she provides a present, positive, and open environment to her students. Marta cultivates an energetic, expanding, and grounding experience for her students. Each class has intentional flow through thoughtful dialogue, breath work, asana sequence, timing, and music.
