Moonlight Silent Disco Yoga with Mindy

Join us for a Moonlight Silent Disco Beach Yoga Class taught by Mindy Nguyen. Escape into the night by finding your moving mediation through this peaceful flow. Allow the candles and headsets to light your way as our Hawaiian sky melts into darkness.

What is silent disco yoga? It is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound. Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of noise isolating wireless Sound Off™ LED headphones, which allows you to hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated set takes you on a musical journey into sound. All levels welcome.

The class location is at Kaimana Beach. Specific location details will be emailed to you the morning of the event. In the event of rain, we will reschedule the class. Please note that all ticket sales are final, no refunds. Mahalo for your understanding.
