Be a part of a mind-blowing, 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan, of NEXT yoga. Practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from our live DJ, through wireless LED headphones! You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at The Morton Arboretum.
Bring your kids for Family Flow Yoga, as well as our Slack Lines, Acro Yoga, Aerial, and Kids corner! All levels welcome!
