Immerse yourself in this 60min Vinyasa flow yoga class at House of Yes presented by Gina Benenati, with Jamie Pabst and Hannah Gruber. Using the wireless Sound Off™ headphones, Gina creates a connection with each participant, as only the music and instructors voice can be heard. Imagine your own inner auditorium. Effortlessly creating a loving, caring, safe environment, we encourage you to be present in the moment of your own magic. Positive affirmations, a rhythmic flow, and inspiring tunes will have you moving with fluid ease in this fun and creative take on your own personal yoga class. Open to all levels, please arrive 30 mins prior to class for registration.
Breathing in, you experience the power of vinyasa flow, breathing out, you move towards bliss. You will embark on a yogic journey with melodic music. Emerge from a circuit of classic poses, working all muscle groups so that you feel aligned, strengthened and awakened. Gina guides students of all levels through their private Sound Off ™ Yoga meditation, joining body, mind, and music.
About the Instructor
Hannah came to yoga and Ayurveda from a stressful, jam-packed life with debilitating allergies and asthma. Tired of medication, inhalers, doctors, and caffeine, she was willing to try anything and through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda discovered how to take charge of her own health and life.
A specialist in helping New Yorkers learn self-care, Hannah’s yoga classes, food and practical tools for daily living have helped many people find balance and be prepared to handle the variety of challenges that life provides. In Hannah’s yoga classes, students learn how to playfully and skillfully explore their edges with the intelligence of good alignment and the curiosity of an open heart. Hannah provides clear, concise instruction in the principles of anatomy and biomechanics, shared through the lens of yoga mythology and philosophy. Also known for her talents as a chef, Hannah is an Ayurvedic Holistic Health Counselor and healer. Her distinct and playful approach to life will win your heart and inspire your own practice.
About the DJ
Jamie Pabst is a DJ based in NYC and founder of Miss Behavior Music. While having a career in finance, she started working and researching the behavioral components and neuroscience behind music and sound. She is a firm believer in using music’s power to bring people together, influence thoughts, behaviors and enhance mind and body performance. Jamie has carved out a unique path DJing and curating music almost exclusively for positive lifestyle engagement, collaborating with some of the top brands and positive lifestyle enthusiasts and gurus to produce unique music events centered around positive and healthy engagement and interactivity. What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please bring a mat, water, towel, and anything that would make your experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
How do I check out the headphones?
You may need to provide a credit card or drivers license in exchange for your Sound Off™ headphones at certain events. Your items will be returned to you when you return the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, you will be charged retail price of headphone to receive your collateral items.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
There are no refunds but you may use the purchase amount for credit or transfer your ticket to another person.
