Join yoga teacher, Julianne Aiello for our Sunday silent disco yoga experience along the beautiful Lake Merritt.
Julianne, has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside in nature, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life.
Julianne is a practitioner of joy and love, and a student of life. and she teaches a strong, grounding, lighthearted vinyasa yoga practice that welcomes all bodies and all beings to feel the power of stretching and breathing!
This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher and to curated music.
Please sign up in advance to join us! This is an all levels class and ALL are welcome!
How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
