RIV Athletics Grand Re-Opening

Come join Sound Off™ for RIV Athletics grand re-opening!

RIV Athletics will host a Grand Re-opening on Saturday, February 11 with FREE demo classes for the community throughout the morning. RivFit (boot-camp style) classes will be held at 8:15 am, 9:45 am, and 11:15 am. RivCycling classes will be held at 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, and 12:00 pm. Cycling classes will be first come, first serve the day of the event!! Email us or call (302) 745-2348 for more information. No prior experience necessary! We’ll also have a ribbon cutton ceremony with Mayor Purzycki at 10:30 am!

The cycling classes at RIV Athletics will feature Stages’ flagship bikes, the SC3. Stages Indoor Cycling delivers performance metrics that work for every rider, every instructor, and every cycling program. Sound Off™ wireless headphone technology will create captivating cycling classes that can only be heard through their noise-isolating LED headphones.

PowerCycle and CycleFit classes will bring a new dimension to our expansive fitness program, allowing our members to push their limits and challenge themselves during a non-stop, 45-55 minute class. This is results-driven training with intense drills and calorie-burning cardio coupled with motivating music.
