Saturday Groove: Silent Disco Beach Yoga with Kirin Power!

A beautiful way to get outside, practice all-levels yoga, dance with the ocean and feel alive. There’s nothing like yoga on the beach to drop in to the moment while you watch the waves crash and recharge with nature and community.
Kirin is an SF-based yoga teacher and enjoys nothing more than spreading light and love to all those she encounters. She believes her my main purpose as a yoga teacher is to remind everyone of the magic that exists all around us.. in this practice, in nature, in all of the happenings on and off the mat.
In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience.
We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. We can’t wait to share this super sweet one-of-a-kind yoga experience with you!

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location?
Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us.

What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Cancellation Policy:
Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
