Saturday Groove: Silent Disco Beach Yoga with Nicole Cronin

Kick off your weekend with beach yoga on the beautiful shores of SF. Rinse off the week, dance with the ocean and the beat of your own rhythm with Nicole Cronin.

We are so lucky to have Nicole with us on the beach!. She is a very bright light in the SF community and leads with warmth, great compassionate, amazing humor, and groovy beats. She’s a Santa Cruz and beach native, and she is excited to share her love of this beautiful landscape and weave her practices of yoga and various other movement practices (dance, tai chi, tae-bo!) and more with you.

In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I’m new?!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.

Class location?

Baker Beach. Class location is Baker Beach. From the north parking lot, walk down to the beach and towards the Golden Gate bridge. We are set up with a string of prayer flags and a headphone check-in station.

We know you will have an amazing time at our events.We’ve hosted ver 10,000 people for beach yoga over 2 years, co-creating unique yoga experiences every time. Whether you’ve been 20 times before or this is your first event, we can’t wait to have you.

What you need:

Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don’t bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!

Please note we do not issue refunds within 30 days of event. If it rains, we will reschedule class, and you can use your class credit for another day. If your plans change, we can issue you a class credit valid for 6 weeks from original class date.
